Ingredients: Aqua (Water), Parfum (Fragrance), PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Trideceth-9, Sodium Benzoate, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Propylene Glycol, 2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1,3-Diol, Anthemis Nobilis Flower Oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Herb Oil, Linalool, Coumarin, Alpha-isomethyl Ionone, Limonene.
Calming Candle 140g
Ingredients: 1-(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8-Octahydro-2,3,8,8-tetramethyl-2 naphthalenyl)ethanone, 4-tert-Butylcyclohexyl acetate, Coumarin. May produce an allergic reaction/Peut entraîner une réaction allergique/Puede producir reacción alérgica.
Warnings: For external use only. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water. Do not apply to broken, irritated or sensitive skin. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep wax pool clear of matches and other debris to avoid flaring. Keep out of reach of children.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Perfect relaxing experience
Beautiful scent mediation candle. An excellent nights sleep with a delightful pillow scent. I have kept the other set to give as a 16th Wedding Anniversay gift. Theme 'wax'. I have already added more of the range to my wishing and wanting list.


Received the wrong item
Awful. Ordered one item then was refunded 2 weeks later with no explanation, re-ordered this item and the next day received my parcel and the wrong item was inside. Then 20 minutes later I got another email saying I was being refunded due to it being out of stock. I don’t understand how I’m the space of less than 24hours it went out of stock. Won’t be ordering a 3rd time, save yourself the agro

Never got the item ordered!
I ordered a gift box with a couple items in, my payment was taken and I received an email to say item was about to be dispatched. Then a few days later I received a refund...no reason why just the money back into my account. Then a few days later I received another email to say the item I had ordered was out of stock! Surely before payment was taken and authorised you should check the item required is in stock or just not display the item on your website.


RECIEVED WRONG ORDER
Horrific. I have already sent 2 emails and have had so response. The item I received was wrong, have had no response to sort the situation out. I am highly dis-satisfied. Second order and second time there has been an issue. I won’t be bothering to order again
